  • What does it mean when my toilet is gurgling?

If your toilet is gurgling, this usually means there is a blockage or restriction of flow. When this happens on the first floor, it usually indicates a main line blockage, and on an upper level, it typically means a branch line blockage.

  • Is it safe to use acid clog remover?

We do not recommend using acid clog remover because the chemical can potentially damage your pipe.

  • Can I put food in the garbage disposal? If so, how much?

Designed to handle small dustings from food dishes, large amounts of food clog the garbage disposal and pipes.

  • How do I stop my toilet from rocking?

You need to have the toilet pulled to determine the source of the rocking.

  • Why does my shower drip when it’s off?

Single-handle showers will drip if the cartridge fails. Two or three-handle showers may drip if the washers or stem have failed.

  • What does it mean if I hear my pipes rattling after flushing the toilet?

Rattling pipes most likely means high water pressure due to a failed PRV.

  • Why is my tub or shower draining slowly?

A slow-draining shower or tub may indicate a build-up of hair that has gone down the drain.

  • Why does my toilet kick on at night?

A toilet that kicks on at night may show early signs of components inside the tank failing or high water pressure.

  • Why is there a bad odor when the shower is in use?

This may mean that the mechanical vent has failed or there's a build-up of hair and sludge in the shower drain.

  • Why does my faucet have low water pressure?

Low water pressure in your faucet may be because of sediment build-up from the water heater or a failed pressure regulating valve.
